Important questions to ask yourself
This week’s email is going to be shorter as it’s an exercise I’d like you to do! I’ve compiled a list of some amazing questions and I’d love for you to give answering them a try. We don’t often find time to stop and reflect. This means we are usually running at 100mph in reactive mode, instead of stopping to plan ahead.

Content tip of the week 🚀
Collect data! When did you last ask your audience what content they really wanted to see from you? We often think we know best, but it’s so important to test the assumptions that you have. I’ve learnt the importance of this recently from reading The Lean Startup by Eric Ries. Test your assumptions and hear from your audience what their real pain points are. Then, create content using the terminology that they used to pull in more people from your target audience.

The Magic of Doing $10,000 Per Hour Work - Khemaridh Hy, Rad Reads
There will come a point where instead of doing absolutely everything ourselves, it makes sense to outsource some of our tasks. Time is our most precious asset and we all have strengths that we should be tripling down on. Although I am not quite there yet myself, I often evaluate the tasks I am working on and review my ‘$10/h’ tasks and what tasks might be worth ‘$10,0000/hr’. This article has inspired me to protect my mornings to allow for deep-focus on high-leverage activities.
